Minakami Town.EXE – Team Preview

Finals Seed: 12th

Round 1 Placing: 12th

Round 2 Placing: 10th

Minakami.EXE enters the 3×3.EXE Super Premier Final with plenty to prove. After a winless campaign (0-4, including a forfeit due to injury) across the first two rounds, they’ve battled through adversity more than most—but that doesn’t mean they should be counted out. Injuries, roster depth, and missed opportunities have defined their run so far, but with the potential return of a true post presence, they could finally unlock the inside-out game they have traditionally thrived on.

Their Round 1 campaign was derailed when Kento Kusaka suffered a tournament-ending injury, leaving Minakami.EXE shorthanded and forcing them to forfeit their second game. By Round 2, with a full-strength lineup, they showed flashes of what they’re capable of, averaging 17 points per game while putting up a fight in a high-scoring thriller against Nunawading Sentinels Red.EXE and a physical battle vs Lausanne.

Minakami.EXE will open the Finals with a rematch against Nunawading Sentinels Red.EXE (5th vs. 12th). If they’ve made the right adjustments and can capitalize on late-game opportunities, they might just flip the script and make their mark in Hachinohe.

Keys to Victory:

✅ If they have a big: Utilize their size, stick to their strengths, and maximize the pick-and-roll game.
✅ If they don’t have a big: Lean into their speed and resilience, creating mismatches and finding open shooters.
✅ Maintain the “never give up” mentality that has kept them in games despite their record.

Game 1: vs. Nunawading Sentinels Red.EXE (5th vs. 12th)
