Round 1 Placing: 1st

Round 2 Placing: 2nd

Alphas.EXE enters the 3×3.EXE Super Premier Final as a proven contender, carrying a highly efficient, low-mistake playing style that has made them one of the toughest teams to break down. They boast the lowest turnover rate in the tournament (2.9 per game), allowing them to maintain control in high-pressure moments.

Led by Devin Gilligan (6.0 PPG, overall scoring leader & 5.9 RPG, overall rebounding leader), Ryo Ozawa (5.0 PPG, 1.4 2PT makes per game, 6th overall), and Jan Demsar (4.3 PPG, 1.3 APG, 0.6 TO’s per game, 5th lowest), Alphas.EXE combines defensive discipline with clutch scoring.

In Round 1, they navigated pool play with ease before edging out Lausanne (21-20) in a thrilling quarterfinal and overpowering Nunawading Red.EXE (21-11) in the semis. Their dominant 21-12 win over Hangzhou in the Grand Final secured their first tournament victory of the season, setting the tone for Round 2.

Round 2 saw them maintain their elite defensive presence, forcing 11 steals and racking up 16 assists in pool play, before dismantling Beefman.EXE (21-5) in the quarterfinals. However, their run ended in the finals, falling to Hangzhou (21-17) in a dramatic, hard-fought contest. Despite a late surge, Alphas.EXE couldn’t complete the comeback, leaving them just short of another title.

Now, they enter the Finals with a triple-bye, advancing straight to the semifinals. Having proven their dominance throughout the season, Alphas.EXE will need to overcome past heartbreaks and execute down the stretch to secure their ultimate goal—a championship.

Keys to Victory:

Take care of the ball: Their league-low turnover rate (2.9 per game) is key to their controlled, efficient playstyle.
Gilligan’s leadership: The team’s leading scorer and rebounder will need to set the tone on both ends.
Execute in the clutch: They’ve fallen just short in big moments—closing out tight games will be crucial in the Finals.

Next Matchup: Alphas.EXE advance straight to the semifinals and await their opponent.
