Tokyo Dime.EXE – Team Preview

Finals Seed: 9th

Round 1 Placing: 10th

Round 2 Placing: 9th

Despite a winless record (0-4), Tokyo Dime.EXE has proven they can put points on the board, making them a dangerous wildcard heading into the 3×3.EXE Super Premier Final. They lead all winless teams in total scoring, rank second in two-point makes per game (4.0), and boast the tournament’s best free throw percentage (85.7%). Individually, Yu Nishiune leads the league in scoring (9.5 PPG), while Soichiro Fujitaka sits tied for fourth in assists per game (2.0), proving Tokyo Dime has the offensive firepower to challenge any opponent.

Round 1 saw them struggle against elite competition, falling to Lausanne and Beefman.EXE, while Round 2 was a story of near-misses. Yu Nishiune exploded for 15 points against Hangzhou, pushing one of the tournament’s top teams to the limit. Then, against their Finals opening opponent, Shoot It Dragons.EXE, Tokyo Dime found themselves on the brink of victory, only to fall one point short (17-16) in the final moments.

Now, they get a shot at redemption in their first Finals matchup against Shoot It Dragons.EXE. Tokyo Dime has the shooting and scoring ability to compete, but can they tighten up their late-game execution and finally close out a win when it matters most?

Keys to Victory:

✅ Continue offensive firepower: Help Yu Nishiune get open. If he finds his rhythm early, he will be a tough matchup to stop.✅ Tighten defensive intensity: Their high-scoring games highlight their offensive capabilities, but defensive lapses have cost them crucial moments.
✅ Finish strong: Tokyo Dime has kept games close but struggled in crunch time. Executing in the final possessions will be key to turning potential into results.
